Who chose my ticket numbers?
Nobody. They come from a shuffle of the whole pool, committed before this competition opened and generated from randomness that did not exist at the time, so nobody here could have steered a number to anybody.
What if a number nobody bought comes up?
It’s skipped and the next number in the same sequence is used. That is one draw, not several: the sequence is fixed before the draw and published with the result, so nobody can pick and choose — and every ticket has exactly the same chance.

Check your tickets are in the draw
Every confirmed ticket is published live, searchable by ticket number. Check yours is there before the draw: once entries close, the list is fingerprinted and cannot change.
